These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and LVP888 ("LVP888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at lvp888.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality.

LVP888 operates as an international online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting, slot games, arcade titles, and related services to eligible players, including users based in Malaysia. The Platform operates under international licensing from a recognised offshore gaming jurisdiction. LVP888 does not claim to be regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any Malaysian governmental body, and makes no representation to that effect.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on LVP888, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. LVP888 enforces a strict 21+ policy consistent with the legal gambling age applicable in Malaysia. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Users.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not unlawful under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any government sanctions list or be subject to any court order that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling activities.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on LVP888. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

LVP888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number or other contactable number, date of birth, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. LVP888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify LVP888 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. LVP888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

LVP888 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, and may request verification at any time. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

LVP888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) through the following approved payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank (direct bank transfer)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be subject to processing delays during return.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes. FPX and direct bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on inter-bank processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain network confirmations.

5.3 Responsibility for Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that you own or are legally authorised to use. LVP888 reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or refuse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or made in breach of these Terms. You acknowledge that LVP888 does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf.

Withdrawals of real-money funds are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. LVP888 targets processing all MYR withdrawal requests within sixty (60) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions.

6.1 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and VIP level and will be communicated within the platform's cashier section. Daily and weekly aggregate withdrawal limits may also apply.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the level required for the requested withdrawal amount.
• Your Account must not be subject to any ongoing investigation, dispute, or suspension.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been fully satisfied prior to withdrawal of any associated winnings.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds).

6.3 Withdrawal Delays

LVP888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional identity or source-of-funds verification. Users will be notified of any delay and the reason for it. Unreasonable delay beyond the stated processing target will be communicated proactively by the support team.

LVP888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. LVP888 reserves the right to apply different game weightings to wagering requirement calculations — for example, live casino games and certain slots may contribute at different rates toward wagering completion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

LVP888 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; exploiting technical errors or system glitches to obtain bonuses; and coordinated bonus farming across groups of Users. Detection of any such activity will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, Account suspension, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

7.3 Promotion Availability

LVP888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be restricted or withheld from players who demonstrate professional or systematic betting patterns at LVP888's sole discretion.

All games available on LVP888 are supplied by licensed international game studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified. LVP888 does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any game provided by third-party studios.

8.1 Game Integrity

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on LVP888's server, the server record shall be the definitive outcome. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, display errors, and browser crashes during a game round — shall not invalidate a completed round. Rounds that were not completed at the time of a disconnection may be voided at LVP888's discretion.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by LVP888's sportsbook-specific rules available within the platform. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or declared void will typically be refunded as a stake return to your Account balance, subject to the specific market rules in force at the time of bet placement.

8.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface. LVP888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time for any User, particularly where professional or systematic wagering patterns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LVP888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from illegal sources, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to assist in gameplay without prior written consent from LVP888.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems or codebase.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live table games such as baccarat, blackjack, or poker variants.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising a dispute with LVP888.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing LVP888 staff in any communication channel.

LVP888 reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation upon reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct. Substantiated cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.

LVP888 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become harmful. We take this responsibility seriously and provide the following tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any LVP888 content or software without prior written authorisation from LVP888.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios remain the intellectual property of the respective studio. LVP888 makes no representations regarding intellectual property ownership of third-party game content beyond the licences granted to LVP888 by those studios.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LVP888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond LVP888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information, game results, or statistics displayed on third-party platforms.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

LVP888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LVP888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from unlawful sources.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with a third-party provider.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward LVP888 staff.

13.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Funds, loyalty points, and promotional entitlements shall be forfeited immediately. LVP888 may withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any fraud investigation and will release verified funds once the investigation is concluded, provided no fraudulent activity is confirmed.

LVP888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, LVP888 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13.1.

LVP888 recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at lvp888.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LVP888 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, LVP888 and you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting LVP888's customer support team at [email protected]. LVP888 will use reasonable efforts to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by LVP888 at the time of escalation. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
